with the presidio parkway projectwhich is overseeing the reconstruction of doyle drive says their fire supression system inside the tunnel was tripped accidently during routine maintenance.and crews had to manually override the system to stop the downpourduring which time the showers falling on drivers.appeared to be intermittent.until drying up in the early afternoon. officials say this is the first time this kind of glitch has happened since the tunnel opened in april 2012and they are working to try and make sure it's the last. engineers will be back overnight resetting and retesting the system.because of .one southbound lane will be closed from 11 pm tuesday unitl 5am wednesday morning. maureen kelly kron4 news. >> pam: developing news now. cal-trans begins repairs on the bay bridge. this is video from our helicopter partnership with abc-7 news. you may recall, earlier this month, an oil tanker hit the eastern most tower, on the bridge's western span. damaging a bridge fender. repairs are expected to take about four- months. and cost between two- and- three million dollars. >> rain on the way
